The square that hosts a fountain with lions also called by locals as Lion Square is one of the most popular meeting points of both locals and visitors alike and one of the most important remnants of the Venetian occupation that spans from 1.205 A.C. to 1669. The fountain depicts four lions pouring water out of their mouths. Definitely worth a visit. Oh and once in Lion square do not forget to taste Bougatsa with sweet cream in of the local cafeterias next to the fountain!
